Ways to place an order
Orders in the shop can be placed through the website shopping cart. Placing an order through the cart involves adding products to the cart and confirming the order. Our system will automatically start processing it.
Conclusion of sales contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm the offer (order) you have placed.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, we send an automatic order confirmation in the form of an e-mail message.
Order changes and cancellation
After placing an order, it is not possible to change this order because its processing and fulfillment occurs immediately.
The above-described right to change the contract in no way limits or excludes your right to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with applicable regulations (information about the right of withdrawal can be found in the further part of the Sales Terms).
Prices
Prices given for products, unless stated otherwise, are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices presented on websites at any time. We will inform about all changes on the www pages of our shop. Changes do not apply to orders placed and confirmed by the website that are being fulfilled.
Fulfillment time
All services available for order are performed immediately after receiving the order. In case of services that require longer fulfillment time, information about the fulfillment time is visible when placing the order.
What to remember?
Order fulfillment begins from the moment it is placed. We confirm orders immediately, in 80% of cases it is less than 4 working hours from the moment the order is placed.
Sales service evaluation
If you want to file a complaint regarding service quality – send correspondence to the address visible in the contact tab electronically or by mail.
Every report is considered with due attention and if necessary, appropriate corrective steps are taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
Delivery methods
All ordered services are delivered to the Customer electronically, to their email address provided during account registration or modified in their customer panel.
Payment methods
For customer convenience, we offer various forms of payment for our services:
Payment card - Internet authorization
Payments can be made using Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the bank's decision - card issuer - it is possible to make payments using Visa Electron cards. The payment operator is Przelewy24.
Blik
BLIK is a fast and secure mobile payment. To pay for an order through it, you need to use a 6-digit, one-time code generated in the mobile banking application you use. Additionally, as a Customer you will confirm each transaction in the application, seeing the amount and name of the acceptance point. You can use BLIK payment if you are a smartphone user and account holder in a bank that supports this payment standard.
Google Pay / Apple Pay
Easy and fast payment methods enabling transactions without the need to enter card data.
Online transfers
Online transfer payment is an instant transfer made via the Internet. Payment is made by clicking on a specially generated link that will take you directly to your online banking, where you no longer need to fill in our company data, just approve the transaction and you're done! Payment is made through Przelewy24. Almost all banks in Poland are supported.
Proof of purchase
For all services purchased on our website, we issue a proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice - according to request for provided company data. Proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice or personal invoice is sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the customer panel.
We inform that according to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 11.12.2012 - Journal of Laws No. 0 of 2012 item 1428 - VAT invoice does not have to contain ORIGINAL/COPY designation and does not have to have stamp and issuer's signature.
Returns
Return is available if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Return is available in accordance with legal provisions in case of concluding a distance contract (i.e., through our website, by phone or by e-mail). The right of return also applies when the order was made at a distance and goods collection takes place at our headquarters.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the day the buyer took possession of the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer, took possession of the goods (i.e., from the moment of goods receipt).
In case of withdrawal from the contract:
The buyer withdrawing from the contract is obliged to return the purchased item. Pinkibird is obliged to return all payments received from the buyer, including goods delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen during purchase - other than the cheapest, ordinary delivery method offered by us). We make the refund immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract and from the moment of physical return of goods to us.
We will make the refund using the same method that was used in the original transaction, so if you paid by payment card, we refund the funds to the card. You do not bear any fees in connection with the refund.
In case of returning goods at the company headquarters, if there is not enough cash in the register - refund of the full amount will occur at a later date - but no later than the next business day.
We try to make refunds immediately, in the spirit of special care for our customers.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, inform us about your decision by email. To maintain the possibility of withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information about exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract before the 14-day deadline expires.
For the withdrawal from contract (return) procedure to proceed as quickly as possible, perform the actions described below:
- Inform us about the return decision
- Complete the returned goods
- Pack safely
- Send the package to our company headquarters address. Attention! Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted!
No right to withdraw from the contract
We inform that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside business premises and at a distance does not apply to consumers in relation to contracts:
- for service provision, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer who was informed before the start of service that after the entrepreneur fulfills the service, they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
- where the subject of service is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to consumer specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs;
- where the subject of service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
- where the subject of service is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of service are items that, after delivery, due to their nature become inseparably connected with other items;
- where the subject of service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the package was opened after delivery;
- for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts;
- for delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a material medium, if service performance began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract and after informing them by the entrepreneur about losing the right to withdraw from the contract.
Complaints
All goods offered in our online shop are factory new and free from physical and legal defects. Goods have warranty, and the guarantor is the manufacturer or other entity indicated in warranty conditions.
Our shop is responsible towards the buyer if the sold item has a physical or legal defect, in accordance with warranty regulations.
Damaged goods should be delivered to our company at your own cost, while repaired or exchanged defect-free goods are sent to the customer in Poland at our cost. The cost of sending goods to EU member countries is determined individually.
We consider all complaints within 14 days from their submission date. We will make every effort to shorten this deadline as much as possible.
